What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. Because Pijimo ships as a blind box, the colorway is assigned at random and cannot be exchanged for a different one. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement
Why does the wood look slightly different on some pieces?
Each Pijimo is cut from a real beech panel — subtle color variation in the grain is normal, not a flaw.
How much does shipping cost and where do you ship?
Shipping is free and included in the price. We currently ship within the United States only — international shipping is coming soon
Where is Pijimo made?
Every Pijimo is precision-cut from solid beech and finished by hand in a small studio in Kayseri, Türkiye— not a factory line.
How does the blind box work?
Pijimo is available in three permanent colorways: Granny Grey (40%), Atomic Latte (40%), and the rare Bone White (20%). Your colorway is revealed when you open the box.
Can I choose my colorway?
No. That's the nature of a blind box. Every Pijimo's colorway is a surprise.
What is ADAM?
ADAM is the first Pijimo — the beginning of a collectible universe. His carved face is designed by Pijimo, but the final mark is yours.
How do I personalize my Pijimo?
ADAM comes with a pre-carved face and three acrylic markers — black, white, and one surprise color. Follow the carved design, change it, or add your own details.
The face is designed by Pijimo. The finish is yours.
Can I create my own face?
Not with ADAM. Its face is part of the original design and is already carved into the wood. You personalize the way it is painted and marked.
Why is the face unfinished?
Because Pijimo was never meant to arrive completely finished.
The design gives you a starting point. Your marks give it a final identity.
